The company motto at Trees Plus is “Repeat business is our business” and Rob and Amie Williamson, owners of Trees Plus, do everything they can to make sure their customers keep coming back.

“We know our reputation is on the line with every single job, no matter how large or small. We do what we say we are going to do. Our focus is to grow our business one customer at a time,” Amie said. “We focus on making sure each customer is satisfied and each job is done correctly.”

“Ninety percent of our business is repeat business or referrals,” Rob said. “The customers we service range from the individual homeowner to some of the largest businesses and municipalities in the tri-county area, including Hurlburt Field and the Okaloosa County School Board.”

Rob is an ISA Certified Arborist and the only tree service owner in Navarre to hold the designation. Trees Plus is a full-service company, offering consultations, pruning and trimming of trees and shrubs, land clearing, debris removal, tree removal, stump grinding, demolition and site prep and landscaping.

Safety is also a top priority at Trees Plus.

“Our customers have peace of mind knowing the staff of Trees Plus has the proper training and professional certifications to get the job done safely. We know we are there to help protect our customer’s largest investment, their home or business,” Rob said.

He added that tree removal is a last resort at Trees Plus.

“Removing a tree is the last possible course of action,” he said. “Often times, with the proper diagnosis, the health of the tree can be restored.”

Trees Plus has been serving Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Escambia counties’ tree care needs since 1992, but recently began offering landscaping services as well.
“Many of our customers know they will be living in their homes for several more years due to the state of the economy. They are turning to us to help them improve the value of their homes and create some curb appeal,” said Rob.

For their landscaping services, the company uses an innovative software program utilizing digital pictures of the customer’s home to show them exactly what it will look like.

 

“We created a virtual look and feel with the program so clients can see which plants and trees we’re going to plant and where. We can even show images of the growth cycle – how it’s going to look in 5 or 10 years,” Rob said. “Trees Plus landscaping design, software installation, hardscapes, irrigation solutions and spraying.”

Trees Plus also strives to be active in the community. Rob is recognized for the volunteer work he has done at Navarre High School. He has not only donated his time for an onsite presentation and demonstration for the students of Navarre’s botany program, but he also donated materials, which helped with the beautification of the Navarre High School campus.
